The Essential Truth of Why You Need a Spiritual Practice Right Now

I don’t need to tell you that the world situation is, to quote Tom Robbins, “desperate as usual.”

In truth, it feels even worse than usual as systems and structures collapse all around us.

Not to be morbid…but the rate of change is too fast! None of us can keep up, not with technology, with AI, with the news cycle, none of it.

Our nervous systems are simply unequipped to manage this level of change/ chaos/however you define it.

Part of why the rate of change continues to increase, is because we’re in what mystics are calling a “celestial speedup.”

In other words, the energies of the planet are rising.

You can roll your eyes or exit out, as is your prerogative, but I’m sharing this with you for a reason.

Yes, this rate of change can feel difficult to manage AND there’s only one genuine solution: anchor into your spiritual work.

WHY?

When life feels uncertain, when old systems are collapsing, when what we have always known is falling away, there’s only one thing that can support us- LOVE.

This is why I keep writing you these tools.

This is why I continually encourage you to do your spiritual work.

Because tuning back into the truth of who we are is the ONLY thing that will truly support you right now.

It’s the only thing that’s real.

And- if that wasn’t enough of a reason for you- here’s the best part!!!

Because of this celestial speed up, when you do commit to doing your deep inner work, it’s turbo charged! What this means is that you can move quickly!

This experience may not feel fun or pretty, especially as the old, the outdated, and the aspects of you that are out of alignment continue to fall away. But as you do, you’ll be able to connect more easily and effortlessly to love, connectedness and peace.

Otherwise, if you don’t, pain will only grow. And you definitely don’t want that.

So:

Say a big, hearty yes to inquiry.

Yes to contemplation.

Yes to mindfulness.

Yes to receiving more grace into your life right now.
